Senior Project Engineer

• 从事工厂相关的计划性和非计划性项目管理执行工作。包括但不限于监督并管理外部承包商的安全，质量，项目进度和费用管理。协助工程经理完成部门及工厂所有的经营目标。

   

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

   Project Management 项目管理

• To conduct and manage CB2 projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主导和管理CB2项目并确保符合公司需求

• To conduct and manage unbudgeted projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主导和管理非计划性项目并确保符合公司需求

• Control and manage the project expense accounts assigned to ensure compliance to budget.

  控制和管理项目的开支确保其能够控制在预算范围内

• Lead in cost reduction activities involving utilities modification and implementation of utilities efficiency.

  主导厂务降低成本的项目，包括公用设施设备的改进或者通过提升公用设施设备的效率。

• Plan and implement necessary validation activities for facility projects per existing process.

  根据工厂现有的验证程序，计划和执行项目过程中必要的验证。

• Be engaged with supervision of outsourcing sub-contractor.

  外包商监督和管理。

   

  Engineering technical support 工程技术支持

• Automation technical support to develop the new automatic process or improve the current one for improving plant capacity and capability 

  应用自动化技术开发新的自动化线或提升优化现有的自动化线，以保证及提升工厂的生产制造能力

• Molding technical support to develop and sustain the plant plastic parts within good quality level under working with Suzhou molding campus and molding suppliers

  与苏州模具团队及注塑供应商一起开发及维护工厂所有塑料件的品质，以确保它们能符合质量要求

• Mold and press maintenance management and monitor to ensure all plant plastic parts keep good performance to support production volume ramp up 

  模具和注塑机的维护保养管理及审核，以确保工厂的塑料件能够满足生产计划需求的同时，亦能保证产能的提升

• Contribute technology to packaging change or improvement not only from automation perspective, but also from CI part 

  为产品外包装的改善和提升提供技术支持，无论是从自动化包装方向上，还是工厂的持续改进方面

• Utilize Lean and 6 sigma methods to improve the manufacturing process and contribute projects for plant manufacturing process improvement

  应用精益和六西格玛的方法提升现有生产制造工艺流程，并能产生项目并主导完成，以提升工厂生产制造工艺

   

  Customers and Safety客户和安全

• To attend to customer’s complaints on facilities system and equipment and take steps to remedy the complaints.

  致力于应对客户在设施系统及设备上的投诉并采取措施解决问题。

• To promote and enforce Machinery Safety among customers, contractors and other 

  associates in the plant.

  在客户、承包商和工厂的其他同事中，促进并实施机械安全。

      Education  教育

• Bachelor Degree and above.

  本科及以上

  Experience经验

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management in the following environment: Medical and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant

  至少5年医疗或药厂等相关生产企业的项目实施和管理工作经验。

• Familiarity with Machinery Safety, Chinese National Machinery Codes and Good Practices.

  熟悉机械装置安全，中国机械装置法规和良好的实践能力。

• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validation process

  熟悉系统的安装验证/运行验证/生产验证。

   

  Skill / Knowledge / Abilities 技能/知识/能力

• Strong project management skill

  较强的项目管理技能

• Strong problems analytical and solving skills.

  较强的问题分析和解决能力

• Familiarity with GMP or ISO13485

  熟悉GMP和ISO13485

• Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision,

• 能够自觉地按期完成各项工作

• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work cohesively within a multinational team in an international environment.

• Ability to learn quickly and adjust personally to changes in customer requirements.
