职位描述
POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）
Responsible for Tax declaration with and communication with SSC to insure AP accounts accuracy.
负责税务纳税申报及与SSC沟通确保应付账款的正确性。
Responsible for RTP control in plant, T&E claim approval, the foreign currency payment preparation, Cash flow management and Bank affairs related.
负责完善工厂RTP 政策， 员工报销的审核，外币付款的准备，现金流的管理及银行相关事宜的处理。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Issue invoices( VAT and Export invoices) according to SAP system timely;
及时按时SAP系统信息据发票（增值税发票和外销发票）；
2. Declare related tax( withholding tax, VAT, ect) for non-trade payment
完成非贸项下的相关税务申报
3. Responsible for VAT and CIT declaration to tax bureau
按时完成增值税，出品退税及企业所得税的纳税申报4. Statistics for Tax Bureau and Government authorities
完成税务及相关部门要求的报表5. Others related with Tax
其他跟税务相关的工作
6. The Administrator of Concur system, maintain Concur master data, and upload the data to SAP after check the claim with paper documentations for SZ Plant
苏州工厂的Concur报销系统的管理员，维护Concur系统的主数据，审核苏州工厂费用报销并完成SAP的财务处理
1. Foreign currency payment preparation and verification for SZ Plant
苏州工厂外币货款的支付及核销.
2. Cash flow management and Bank affairs related
现金流管理及银行相关事宜的处理（包括印鉴等）
3. Maintains and updates all company license
公司所有证件的保管及更新
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. 5 years finance working experience in multinational company
5年跨国公司财会工作经验；
2. Familiar with tax policy and operation.
熟悉税法及税务操作
3. Familiar with US and PRC GAAP
熟悉中方及美方财务政策
4. Communication, learning and the ability to adapt
沟通能力，学习的能力，适应的能力
5. Good command of speaking and written English.
英语听说及读写能力
6. Major in accounting/finance related with bachelor degree.
