POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

在自动化项目中，作为核心技术力量，与设备供应商一起参与自动化项目的设计评审，设备安装。 主导设备的验证和持续改进。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
- Responsible for Automation Equipment acquisition and implementation in BD Suzhou plant；负责碧迪苏州工厂自动化设备的引入和项目实施；
- Accountable for automation project implementation including process (engineering) development, prototype development, cost estimation, Project planning and resourcing, Equipment specification development, vendor selection, design reviews, buy-off, installation and process validation in Suzhou plant；自动化项目的具体实施包括：工艺过程（工程实现）的开发，工程原型机的开发，成本评估，项目计划和资源配置，设备规格要求的制定，供应商的选择，设计评审，购买，及在苏州工厂的安装和工艺过程的验证；
- Work with equipment suppliers and internal customers to facilitate smooth technology transfer and ensure GMP compliance；能很好地保障设备供应商和内部设备最终用户之间技术传递的顺畅，并符合GMP的要求；
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects to improve machine efficiency (OEE) and product quality；领导持续改进项目提高设备的运行效率（OEE）和产品质量；
- Provide and/or facilitate technical training on automation process control and process engineering；提供和（或）保障自动化设备工艺过程自动化控制和工程实现的技术培训；
- Performs any other duty as assigned. 需要完成其他指派的任务。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
- 1~3years’ experience in Automation Equipment design & build industry. Any experience in designing and supporting medical device and/or food industry is advantage; 1~3年自动化设备设计和制造行业的经验。有医疗器械和（或）食品行业的设计和支持的经验更佳；
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; 流利的英语口语和写作能力；
- Familiar with pneumatic system, robotic (slide tables, servo drive, pick & place), cam mechanism design and debug熟悉气动系统，机器人机构（滑台，伺服驱动，抓取&放置），凸轮机构的设计和调试；
- 1-3years of hand on experience in assembly and debugging of automation machine is a MUST; 必须具备1~3年自动化设备装配和调试的实践经验；
- Technical-oriented with 1-2years Design experience Automation Equipment is preferred; 技术方面有3-4年自动化设备设计经验更佳；
- Can complete the machine buy specification, can lead the design review with machine vendor from plant; 能够独立完成设备技术规格书，代表工厂直接参与与设备供应商的设计评估；
- Good project management, teamwork and communication skill; 良好的项目管理，团队协作和沟通能力；
- Good Documentation skills, able to document the troubleshooting and debugging guide; 良好的文档能力，能够将故障排除和调试指导文档化；
- Bachelor degree in mechanics, electronics or industrial engineering; 具有机械，电子或工业工程学士学位；
- Willing to travel internationally in short notice. 具备接收短期通知就可进行海外出差的条件。
- 优秀的机械及其自动化/电气工程相关专业，英语六级的应届硕士生也可以考虑。
