KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责 & Measurement Criteria）

1. Responsible for Portfolio management of product line according to arrangement of line manager (30% of job time)

ü 独立制定所负责产品的市场策略和管理预算，负责产品的滚动月度预测和年度需求

ü 与销售团队一起构建和维护区域专家队伍（Regional KOL）网络

ü 和重要业务相关部门、美国总部的积极沟通，为供应链、招标、政府事务、战略市场部等提供必要支持

2. Develop strategic partnerships (20% of job time)

ü 建立和重要学会的合作关系，根据市场的反馈进行年度计划的季度调整

ü 保持和顶尖KOL（National KOL）的定期拜访，了解其学术观念和学术需求

ü 建立和其他相关器械或健康公司之间的联系，提升在行业内的品牌地位

3. Implement marketing activity plan quarterly and control budget (30% of job time)

ü 根据上级主管分配/调整的产品预算拟定并执行、跟进、评估、调整市场活动

ü 根据策略及市场情况拟定年度、季度、月度活动计划，并按时向上级主管提交申请

ü 作为区域市场伙伴（BP）传递中央市场策略，并协助区域大区经理（RSM）设计区域特色的市场活动

4. Other related jobs (20% of job time)

ü 产品线月度Dashboard整理、MKT meeting、BULT meeting的产品绩效回顾分析

ü 承担部分的销售培训

ü 协助其他同事进行新产品的市场导入
