POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）
Support ENG Engineer to finish equipment adjustment, new NPI line setup, engineering evaluation, samples building and validation improvement or Engineering trial run. Improve product quality and reduce the waste. Join in the continuous improvement by LEAN, Quality plan and Engineer trial run form to support new project engineer.
负责协助新产品项目工程师完成工艺设备、样品线线体建立，工程评估，新产品样品生产及验证等方面的改进、实验等工作，减少不必要的浪费，提高产品质量；运用LEAN，质量计划，试车单等持续改进工具，协助工程师参与新产品项目中设备、样品、工艺等改进。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1) Support new project Engineer to investigate the process control capability.
支持工程师完成新产品生产过程稳定性和过程能力的研究。
2) Support Engineer to collect the data in production process and analysis the data. Take action to follow up the improvement action.
支持工程师完成及时收集生产过程中的数据，分析数据，在生产过程中及时采取改进措施。
3) Support ENG Engineer to join in the process study, or update or build the process and manufacturing work instruction.
在工程师指导下完成产品制造工艺的研究，制造工艺及生产文件的更新、编制。
4) Assessment NPI samples and management.
评估和管理新产品样品。
5) Support Engineer to improve production according to Lean and six sigma project.
在工程师指导下完成精益生产改造，实施6Sigma项目。
6) Works as New product SME assistant to support engineer equipment installation, validation and trouble shooting.
作为新产品产品专家的助理，支持工程师设备和项目导入，验证和分析问题。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1) Graduated from junior college, majored in engineering, have basic mechanical, material, electrical and medical industry background knowledge/experience;
专科学校毕业，主修工程专业，具有一定的机械，材料，电子背景知识或医疗医药行业背景相关经验；
2) Knowledge of ISO9001,13485 and GMP criteria;
了解基本的ISO9001,13485 和GMP标准；
3) Good communication skill, will be a good team player;
具有一定的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
4) Basic knowledge in mechanical ，electrical and automation, be familiar with machine mechanical &electrical drawing
具有机械,电气和自动化方面的基本知识，能读懂设备的机械和电气图纸
5) Basic documentation skills(office word, excel)
基本的文档编辑能力（office word，excel）
6) Basic spoken and written English;
基本的英语口语和书写能力
7) Basic computer skill.
基本的计算机技能。
