职位描述
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support BU business data analysis work including channel data collection, target allocation, incentive design and calculation as business partner.
- Yearly target allocation and management to Sales/Commercial team.
- Design sales & commercial incentive scheme basing on business needs.
- Calculate quarterly incentive per business data.
- Be responsibility of channel data management.
- Be responsibility of generate and deliver BU sales analysis report to multiple department. Support distributor performance tracking with commercial team.
- Other projects or tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
At least two years’ experience in SFE/planning function in Medical Device/Pharma company.
Good knowledge and working experiences for sales / sales management / market potential analysis / target setting / incentive.
Bachelor Degree and above.
Good command of English in both spoken and written
Good command of MS office software application, especially for EXCEL.
Good communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
