HR Project Mgr, APAC

This role also operates as a liaison to cross-function business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, plan and implement change communication throughout the transformation projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with APHRLT (cluster, or country HRD) to identify HR opportunities for improvement in each country or in the region.
Set up project objectives, create project charter, identify team members, manage project milestone.
Serve as APAC HR contact for global projects, make sure the implementation in APAC achieve the set expectation and goal.
Initial projects would be HR operation, data analytics focused, will expand to organization design and optimization in year 2 or later
Work at regional level, willing to explore career opportunities in other area
Qualifications
About 5 years HR experiences is required
MBA or IT major is preferred
Project management skills trained
Consulting Background would be a plus
English proficiency is required.
Proactive communication style, willing to communicate with others
Excellence project management skills, PPT skills and other MS skills
Greenbelt certificate is a plus
