职位描述
Responsibilities:
Achieve the main tasks that are relative government affairs to support regional business access and growth major in responsible areas.
1. To build up and maintain good relationship with government authorities, and to develop creative strategy to gain early and maximum Market Access for key products in responsible areas. To help local sales solve market access issues (esp. on medical service fee and consumable tender on key provincial level.)
2. To provide healthcare policies analysis to support business decisions. Be responsible for guiding local sales to understand and master polices and regulation.
3. Be familiar with regional tender/reimbursement/pricing issues and environment, to strive for most beneficial policy for product’s promotion.
4. Organize and lead GA projects/programs with government to influence favorable policy environment and establish partnership with government.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg. Sales, commercial and Marketing, etc) with aim of addressing tender/reimbursement/price issues in support of achieving BU’s objectives. In coordination with internal and external department, to integrate with each department’s resources. Be cooperative team member among cross function project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 yrs work experience on GA in pharmacy/consumable industry; project experience in market access is preferred.
3. Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.
4. Excellent ability of issue analysis and solving.
5. Well-developed networking ability.
