To improve machine reliability through implementation TPM and preventive maintenance strategy in complying to GMP and AZ Requirement , manage machine spare parts to constantly reduce cost in maintenance area .to be as a trainer of production operators and Maintenance technician . be responsible for some other tasks related to company SHE and Lean production . 在遵守GMP和AZ公司内部要求的前提下 ，通过执行TPM和预防性的设备维护策略持续地提高设备的可靠性，管理负责区域的设备备件，并不断的降低设备维护成本，作为设备操作员工和维护技术员的培训师，参与到公司SHE和精益化生产的改进活动中。主要职责 Typical AccountabilitiesImprove machine reliability and efficiency提高设备的可靠性和运行效率Design and carry out preventive maintenance and TPM activities, no equipment problems caused by bad maintenance activities and people careless.设计并执行设备预防性保养和全员维护活动,不出现由于设备保养或人员的粗心大意而导致的设备故障问题。Implement and maintain maintenance strategy 执行和维护维修策略Quick response to the production line problems ,list and investigate and solve equipment outstanding issues.to avoid repeatable issues happened 对生产线的设备问题进行快速解决，总结，研究并解决影响设备效率的突出问题,杜绝设备相同问题的重复出现Do some modifications on machine function to increase machine reliability and efficiency 针对设备的一些缺陷环节进行设计改进，以期提高设备的可靠性和效率Customer Focus 客户关注度Quality deviation related to maintenance actives 由于设备维修保养和设备维护人员的行为导致的质量偏差responsible Production satisfactory in daily work -在日常工作中确保生产对维修工作的满意Cost effective and safe provision of maintenance services.维护活动成本降低，维护维修活动所需备件及其他附件的准备Management of all external resources and service contractor.管理，维护，沟通外部设备维护维修服务的资源Very well managed and plan yearly spare parts in their respective field很好的计划和管理负责区域每年设备备件According budget to localization parts purchasing monthly根据部门预算，计划每月国产化备品备件和附件购买Generation and maintenance of systems, docs, SOPs required for maintenance.编写，维护更新维修系统的SOP，培训文件的书面文件工作Establish and maintenance of maintenance SOP and record sheets 建立维护维修系统的SOP和维修记录Preventive Maintenance record sheet correctly filling in time and archived .预防性维护记录的准确及时的填写归档Create training material for training maintenance people and production people 起草维护和生产人员培训的文件Training operators to run and adjust machine in correct way 培训操作人员正确的调整和运行机器Train maintenance people to fix and adjustment machine in efficiency way培训维护人员高效的调整设备和维修设备GMP/合规/SHE相关责任 Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE在进行一切与业务相关活动时都严格遵守公司 GMP、SHE、合规及其与职位和职责相关的支持性政策与标准Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities工作要求Job RequirementBachelor or college degree, major in Mechatronic or automation engineering 机电或自动化专业本科或专科学历Pharma. Or Mechatronic Industry maintenance knowledge and technical solutions. 医药行业或机电设备维护知识和技术方案.Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components.运动控制, 机械和气动的系统和组件的维护.TPM implementations knowledge 执行全员设备维护的技能Mechanism adjustment and assembly skills机械机构调整和组装技能Machine problem solving skills 解决设备问题的能力3-4 Years of working experience technical related, 3-4年技术相关工作经历Reading English technical documents very well 能够看懂英语技术资料Good MS office skill熟练应用微软常用办公软件AutoCAD and Siemens touch panel , S7-300 PLC and IPC software maintenance skills are prefer具备CAD 软件使用和西门子触摸屏,S7-300 PLC 和工业控制计算机软件维护的技能Personal character 个人特性Be honesty to communicate with each other in team .与团队成员真诚交流.Be responsibility under high work pressure 在高强度工作压力下具有很强的责任感High team work spirit and be willing to train and develop team member skills 团队工作精神，乐于培训和发展团队成员的技能
