职位描述： Management 项目&变更管理• Leadership of cross-functional/sites “large size and complex” projects, such as formulation technical transfer, new facility establishment, complex change, Biologic NPI or Commercial Supply Chain re-design projects, etc.., Being responsible to establish and lead project teams in accordance with the AZ Project Management Framework (PMF) in order to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.领导跨部门/工厂的复杂项目，比如制剂技术转移，新厂房项目，复杂的变更项目、生物制剂的新产品引进或商业供应链的再设计。根据AZ的项目管理架构建立和领导项目团队,高效能地交付项目。• Develop change plan in accordance to Change Management Framework, implement change effectively and efficiently, with key stakeholder groups involved.根据变更管理框架制定变更计划，与主要相关成员高效地实施它。• Support sponsor to develop the business case of the projects/programs to assess the resource, budget, timeline, risk, benefit, and stakeholders, etc., Support the project sponsor to get endorsement of the project.协助项目发起人起草business case，就项目的资源、预算、时间表、风险、收益、利益相关者等内容进行评估,并获得项目的批准。• Support the global inspection readiness team for Preapproval inspection readiness of NPIs.协助全球审计准备团队支持NPI项目批准前的审计准备。Stakeholder Management相关方管理• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders and ensures that business requirements are effectively captured and the impact of projects/programs are understood by the business.管理与主要相关方的关系，确保有效地达到业务需求,并能够评估项目/大项目产生的影响。• Communicate effectively at different levels and across different functions within the organization in order to negotiate with and influence others over arange of issues.和不同等级和部门的同事进行有效地沟通,有利于在很多问题上更好地协商。• Take the coach role to uplift PM capability of the project members and improve the AZ PMF maturity of the site.指导项目成员以提升项目管理能力，提升工厂AZ PMF的成熟度。Issue & Risk Management问题&风险管理• Facilitate issue resolution within project teams. Deal with a wide range of problems that require well developed conceptual thinking and judgment to find solutions.促进项目团队内部的问题解决。处理各种问题，需要具备清晰的概念和判断找到解决方案。• Provide Risk assessment for assigned projects. Identify risks and propose solutions balancing business needs and costs with a range of issues. Takes accountability for decision making in risk management processes.为指定项目提供风险评估。能识别风险,并给出解决方案，平衡业务需求和成本产生的一系列问题。对风险管理流程中做的决策负责。• Continuously reviews plan execution against target. Proactively identify potential risks, issues and opportunities, develop alternatives balancing business needs and costs, and ensure key contributors and stakeholders are fully aware of changes and developments. Escalates when decision rights exceed established boundaries.持续回顾计划的执行与目标。主动识别潜在的风险，问题和机会，开发备选方案平衡业务需求和成本，并确保关键贡献者和相关方完全关注到变化和发展。当决策权超出确定的范围时进行上报。• Within NPI projects ensure that there will be smooth handover into business as usual and that there are minimum negative effects on core business activities as a consequence of project execution.NPI 项目中确保正常顺利交付到业务部门，项目执行结果对核心业务活动的影响最低。Resources & Knowledge Management资源&知识管理• Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities, manages project budget to ensure project is delivered within budget.识别所需的资源并做好分配，管理项目预算，以确保项目在预算内交付。• Providing expert guidance and advice in specialist areas. Drives collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst project teams.
