Job Title: (Sr.) KA Capability Excellence Work location: Beijing Job Purpose: • Close work with Franchise marketing brand owners to develop and refine value story for KA stakeholders -Build KAM toolkits •Maximize KA positioning and hospitals access. Key Accountability: •Close work with Franchise marketing brand owners to develop and improve value story for KA stakeholders , be able to build connections between product benefit with hospital management unmet needs, with buy-in by external and internal stakeholders, including BU and local KA teams, in term of Novartis Oncology business challenges and requirements to support hospital access. •To execute promotional activities or incorporate the value stories to existing KA activity platforms, make sure proper information delivered to right customers. •Build professional interaction with major KA customers at national level, including hospital management (Administration, pharmacy, insurance, and medical affair), medical reform think-tank, and policy advocacy and makers, develop them as Novartis Oncology advocacy with professional terms. •Closely work with KA region teams to monitor and track KA central program execution and external stakeholders feedback, regular review and adjust plan according to change of dynamic environment and stakeholders pain points. Requirements: •Minimum bachelor degree holder. Major of medical, pharmacy and equivalent is preferred. •At least 2+ years in multi-national pharmaceutical companies with brand marketing or 3+ years region marketing experiences. Sales experience desired. •Excellent tracking record in KOLs and projects management. • Fluent in both written and spoken English •Profound pharmaceutical industry and disease area understanding. •Deep understanding to compliance policy. •Strong communication and influence capability. •Collaboration transversally and teamwork. •Strong strive for results.
